Advance in soft skill related to customer service. Key skills include tele-advisor
good listening and communication especially over tele-channel
Able to work under pressure and have experience in complaint handing and managing difficult customer
Excellent in problem-solving skill
Have strong knowledge in investment products such as mutual fund, stocks and bonds and basis asset allocation framework
Be customer-centric by putting customer first i.e. having service mind and be able to provide service beyond customer expectation
Have growth mindset
able to adapt well dynamic working culture, be resilient and adaptive to changes
If have experience in brokerage firms or contact center as service staff specialize in investment product would be an advantage |
