Job Responsibilities
-Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
-Manage full function of payroll (pay 1 time/month) using Prosoft: preparing pay budgets, monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions, and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
-Implements employee compensation and benefits programs; studying and assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management, directing the processing of benefit claims, obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids
-Oversee recruitment and hiring process from consulting with employers, identify needs and preferred qualifications, interview applicants, perform background checks to selecting and hiring applicants, conduct new employee orientations and process paperwork
-In charge of training courses and plan to develop employee skills and work performances
-Generally handle a number of areas and tasks simultaneously
-Consult with executives on strategic planning, and link a company's management with employees
-To plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 37-50 years old
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 10 years of experience in human resources field and handling all functions; payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment and labor issue/management
- At least 5-7 years working in factory/manufacturing industry
- Possess strong leadership skill
- In-depth understanding of labor law/employment act. Have experience solving cases regarding labor issues
- Good command of English
- English: Conversational Level |
