1.Through the network online, customer messages and other service channels, support pre-sale and after-sales product consulting, problem solving, demand rectification, etc.;
2.Suport customer demand information and effective tracking, good pre-sales guidance, and after-sales service;
3. Familiar with the company's products (servers, CDN, dedicated lines, etc.), to answer customer questions and implement the problem.
4. Cooperate with sales department and technical department to classify and document customer problems;
5. Maintain customer relationships and keep good contact with customers;
6. Responsible for assisting the sales department to collect and organize the relevant customer data information.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male, bachelor degree or above, 22-30 years old, with IT background is preferred.
- Can install window/Linux system is preferred.
- More than 1 year of pre-sales, after-sales or customer service work experience is preferred, willing to accept shift system.
- With strong learning ability, can quickly grasp professional knowledge, timely work.
- Strict work, strong planning, good at analyzing and thinking about problems, responsible.
- Diligent and down-to-earth, good service consciousness and teamwork spirit.
- HSK level 5 or above, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing. |
