หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. - Prepare Annual / Quarter / Monthly Marketing plan reports
- Execute the plan chosen by the Manager distinct channels/ media
- Include follow result and prepare report present to Manager (B2C)
2. - Prepares Market research report by the brand/customer segmentation and seek niche markets and opportunities. Establish digital strategies in order to develop higher brand awareness/ perception and enhance the overall profitability of the company
- Seek new selling and potential channels.
- Develop brand resource materials (product competitive advantage, positioning/ attributes/ sales data/ consumer behavior)
- Propose schedule and action plan to the manager to seek validation/modification/ feedback
3. - Prepare list of products
- Prepare product description
- Product market research (find the most profitable products to sell in the segment)
- Prepare the price simulations for the products
- Present the output to the manager, seek her approval/ feedbacks/ modifications
4. - Monitoring inventory (B2C) (online retail each marketplace)
- Place production order/ send inventory to warehouse of the selling channels
5. - Coordinate with the Design team to create new listed product’s picture
- Gather the processed picture for the purpose of advertising
for advertising & other support marketing material (B2C)
6. - Monitor sells and creates a selling campaign on ongoing & seasoning
- Present the output to the manager, seek her approval/ feedbacks/ modifications
7. - Prepare Performance report on the followings:
- Monthly Report Summarize of performance result of the department such as Department Key
- Performance Indicator (KPI), Achievement follows Marketing plan/project (B2C)
- New product listing (product data & pricing) to new marketplace project
- Suggestion and finding solutions for saving cost and efficiency
8. Checking department document before Manager approval (online advertising bills online service supplier bills, subcontractor bills, and contract) (financials review and give to the manager.
9. Perform the additional tasks given by the Manager or MD
คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
- International or local sell online / e-commerce / digital marketing / Social media specialist / social commerce at least 1 years
- Relevant market knowledge such as jewelry, fashion product, lifestyle product at least 1 years
- Competitive nature and Ability to work independently and take initiatives
- Understanding Digital trend, online trends, consumer trends
- Fluent speaking, writing, listening in Thai & English
- Able to read/write Chinese Mandarin would be an advantage |
